What would Memphis in May be like without a little rain?
The Memphis in May Triathlon Weekend is a weekend of racing starting with The Memphis In May Sprint Triathlon on Saturday followed with the historic Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon Sunday. The Memphis In May Sports Expo will be held in conjuction with packet pick up and all of the festivities for the weekend.
The 33rd Annual Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon returned to Edmond Orgil Park in Millington, TN in 2015. The Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon was first introduce to Edmond Orgil Park in 1991, and has the privilege to host many dedicated Triathletes over the years. With the likes of Todd Jacobs, Timothy Deboom, Julie Moss, Mike Pigg, Natasha Badmann, Michelle Jones, Andy Potts, and many other professionals, and age groupers who have made The Memphis In may Olympic Triathlon rich in history.

The Memphis In May Sprint Triathlon is a great sprint triathlon that consist of a 1/3 mile swim 12 mile bike, and a 3 mile run. This event is a great way to get started in the sport of triathlon with it’s association with The Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon and The Memphis in May Triathlon Weekend. You can also participate in both triathlons in the same weekend to enter The Amateur Challenge and a chance to win part of the $5,000 payout to The amateur Challenge.
